SBS TaxRoll, lets you locate property information by tax number, township, owner's last name, the property's street location, section-town-range, and fair market value. You can then quickly display information like, owner's name and address, lot information such as section-town-range and tax parcel id number, tax information, land value, improved value, fair market value, the volume and document where the legal description is located, the property's short legal description, and the physical address of the property.

With SBS TaxRoll you can print address labels right in your office for targeted mailings, or load it on your laptop and have the information available while out of your office.

Additionally, you can make queries of the county data using your own criteria, choosing from categories such as fair market value, street, owner's last name, township, and mailing address state or zipcode. Then print mailing labels directly from your list of selected properties. You can also export them to a CSV file for a mail merge, or send to a commercial printer.
